Hello everyone, my name is Elena, I have had a deep passion for food since childhood. I loved experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, and my favorite treat was caviar. I was particularly fascinated by the complexity of caviar and its ability to enhance the taste of any dish to which it was added.

My love for caviar started when I was a little girl and my father took me to the deli shop. He bought a small jar of caviar and I was intrigued by its appearance and texture. I eagerly tasted the small spoon and was amazed at the explosion of flavors that exploded in my mouth.

From that moment on, I was hooked. I have spent countless hours researching caviar and experimenting with different types and flavors. I read books, watched videos and even took courses to learn more about the history, production and tasting of caviar.

Passion for caviar eventually led me to create my own blog, where I share my knowledge and experience with those who share my love for this delicacy. I wrote about different types of caviar, how to choose the best one and how to cook it in different dishes.

The blog became so popular that I was eventually approached by Kingdom Caviar, a caviar company, who offered me a job as a consultant. I was happy to take this opportunity and spent the next few years traveling the world visiting caviar farms and helping the company improve the quality of their products.

Throughout my journey, I remained passionate about caviar and continued to share my knowledge and experience with others.
